We have made every effort to ensure that our pictures represent our
products as well as we can, but colours and images vary
slightly
according
to
the
monitor
they are viewed on. Products have been described with sizes/lengths
and colour options to help you choose.
UK Statutory Instrument 2000 No 1668 requires that consumers be advised
that all earring products are unsuitable for use in newly pierced and
unhealed ears, or other pierced parts of the human body.
Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in
the catalogue, Charmworks reserves the right to supply goods
at the correct price.
Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying goods online
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying
goods online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you
by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying goods online on
the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions
for buying goods online, you must not place any further orders. These Terms & Conditions for buying goods online are governed
by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts
if there is any dispute between us.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions for buying goods online
is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be very happy with your purchases. However,
we offer a 7-Day "No Quibble Guarantee". If any
item is not to your satisfaction, we will be happy to provide you with
a refund, providing the goods are returned 'as sold' within 7 days.
After 7 days, subject to items being returned in mint condition, you
will
be
offered
a Credit Note for the value of the goods. This can
be redeemed at any time over the following three months. Postage and
packing is not refunded on returned items. For
health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings
or navel jewellery.
When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if you
remember to include your name/address, and where possible, your order
number. Any items returned should not have been used or worn.
Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of
delivery, as Charmworks cannot take responsibility for items lost
in transit. This postage cost is not reimbursed. Once we receive the
goods, we will then refund your money or allow you to exchange
the items for something else. Refunds after 7 days from the date of
dispatch
are at the discretion of Charmworks.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights
are not affected.
Please note that our offices are now closed for the Christmas period,
and will reopen on Monday 12th January 2009. You can still place an
order during this
time, but please note that until the 12th January, there will be no-one
to process your order, so it may take a little longer to get to you
than you are used to.
Privacy Charmworks is committed to protecting your privacy. To this end,
we do not sell, loan, or rent any identifiable information regarding
our
customers
